    Cristian Guzman was out of the Nationals' lineup last night because of a sore tooth.
Guzman has an abscess in one of his lower right molars, which team doctor Bruce Thomas compared to ''a cavity gone bad.'' Guzman reportedly had puss oozing from his tooth during Tuesday's game.
