Tony Blanco - OF - Nationals

Nationals placed outfielder Tony Blanco on the 15-day disabled list with vertigo symptoms.
The vertigo symptoms are apparently stemming from a sinus infection. It looked like he may be on the verge of coming back from it soon, as he had a pinch-run appearance on July 10, but that's not the case. Jul. 13 - 4:51 pm et

I haven't heard of many players getting on the DL for vertigo. I wonder if the Nats are doing this since they're making a run and Blanco is a waste of a roster spot. I believe he was picked up via rule 5.
