Bill Ladson, of Nationals.MLB.com, reports Washington Nationals OF Ryan Langerhans will get a chance to be the club's leadoff hitter due to his high on-base percentage.

Langerhans seems to be taking over CF from Nook Logan. He has much more upside than Nook.

He had a short stint with the A's, and while he was there he made a lot of contact, but it was always right to someone. From what I remember watching, he was patient, and that really helped.

Could be an effective leadoff hitter. He was really struggling with the Braves before the trade, noew he seems he is getting his stroke back with the Nats.
