I have and am currently using both with limited to no success. I've gotten a couple of interviews, but nothing stuck.

I WANT to use The Ladders!
But every time I look on Monster or CareerBuilder, or ANY job website, I'm barraged with Temp positions, or some guy doing his startup who wants me to work for him, or some sales job I have no interest in. I stick to thinking of big companies, going to their websites, and clicking Jobs/Careers. |
