So what makes the Titans in 2 days better than the Titans a few weeks ago when the Chargers beat them, thanks in part to a late 4th quarter comeback effort by Philip Rivers?

But his team beat a team with the 3rd best QB in the league to get there.
And why did it take "the best QB in the league" so many tries to even get there?
Could it be because the game is about more than just the quarterback?

That doesn't refute the facts that it was Kerry Collins and Trent Dilfer in the Super Bowl.

Just because it's the most important doesn't mean it's the only one that matters, nor does it mean that the team with the better QB will always win.

Oh, college accolades count? Philip Rivers is the MVP of 5 bowl games.

Fair enough. Norv was dealt a bad hand in Oakland where nobody could win, but his record wasn't that good even before that. (despite the fact that Washington still hasn't produced a better record than what Norv had his last full season with them.)

While you're right that you wouldn't have read examples that prove that the team with the best QB doesn't always win as you have countlessly suggested in this thread you're right that suggesting that it's just your simple opinion (as opposed to suggesting that I'm foolish for actually believing they can win) may have ended the conversation.
