I wouldn't be too quick to jump on the Ponson bandwagon, if there even is one. He has only made 3 starts, and you know he isn't going to continue pitching like he has the last two times out. Of course I did lose my optimism for the Rangers a couple of seasons ago.

I figured I give him a shot as my 6th starter and replace Brian Burres who has been sucky the past few times out. We shall see.

Burres hasn't been too bad, just a rough couple of starts. I think he pitched scoreless ball in his previous two starts. Overall his numbers are pretty good this year. You're probably not going to lose much going either way though.
