Rangers lose to Orioles 4-0
Athletics beat Redsox 8-1
Angels beat Devilrays 7-5

The Mariners fell to 4 games back, the Rangers fell to 1 game back and the Angels kept pace with the A's at 1.5 games back.

Rangers lose to Blue Jays 10-1
Angels beat Indians 10-5

The Rangers and Mariners remain 1 and 4 game behind Oakland respectively while the Angels are now only half a game out of first.

Rangers beat Blue Jays 5-2
Angels beat Indians 7-5

With the A's, Rangers, and Angels all winning there was no movement in the top 3 spots. The Mariners dropped to 5.5 game back however with the loss to the Yankees.

Mariners beat Yankees 3-2
Angels lose to Indians 6-4
Rangers beat Blue Jays 5-4

The Angels fell to 1.5 game back but the A's and M's stayed the same at first and 5 games back respectively. With and Angel loss and Ranger win, the Rangers have moved back into 2nd in the AL West at 1 game back.

Rangers beat Whitesox 10-3
Mariners lose to Redsox 9-4

The Rangers were the only AL West team to win their game yesterday and are now only half a game behind Oakland. The Angels and Mariners maintained their positions at 2 and 5 games back respectively.

The Rangers have no dropped 6 straight games and fallen to 3 games back. The A's and Angels continue flip-flopping for 1st and 2nd place in the division. When one wins the other seems to lose.

Hopefully the Angels take 2 of 3 against the A's and we sweep the Twins or win the series that would be our best bet.

The A's-Angels series could be make or break for either team.
Despite the fact that the A's have been in first more than the Angels, I do think the Angels will end up being the team to beat in the division. A Rangers sweep of the Twins would be nice, but against Santana and Liriano that is near impossible.

Were only facing Liriano which is sweet. Nothing is make or break right now for either of those teams. We play 6 of our next 9 games against the Angels and A's and probably need to at least win 4 of those 6.

Yeah, I just saw that Santana isn't in this series. Last I heard it was going to be both of them. Maybe we can squeeze out a couple of wins then, but the way the first 2 games against the Royals went it's hard to be confident going up against bad pitchers.

Ahead of the Angels now... Need a little help from the Mariners, maybe they can take 1 of the remaining games in that A's-Mariners series. Can we expect a really good start from Koronoka tommorow?
