ESPN Sucks Ass!

So today I wake up early to go to work and get things rolling like I usually do to find Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN radio talking about what for two hours? That's right, the NFL draft. They disputed over and over for the entire time I listened about who was getting drafted and where. After that came pure joy as Colin Cowherd talked about what for the entire show?? Damn you're good, the NFL schedule. Not the dates of the games but the match-ups like anyone ****ing knows who is going to be good in April. So come 11am comes the Jim Rome Show which I love because he talks about everything in sports but where I live it only lasts an hour until the Mike Tirico Show. What's the topic? Now the NFL dates are announced and where they are being played Woo ****ing Hoo!! Now I only have to wait six ****ing months to give a flying ****!! Who the **** cares this early about what the NFL season looks like? No one knows for sure who is good and what might happen!! Then on ESPN, they just got done with a two hour ****ing show about the ******* schedule!!! What ****ing loser watched this show? How is it possible to waste two hours on a piece of ****ing paper? ESPN just got finished blowing golf over the Masters in which they built up one man and somehow disappointed when that one man didn't win. That's what happens when you build shit up like that!! So now not only do we have to put up with these stupid ****ing mock drafts that no one ever gets right, we have to put up with hours of ridiculous NFL schedule coverage!! What's next? A four hour show on NFL team mascots? Logos? I have said this before many many times, ESPN is tunring into MTV and its sad!!

Oh and can ESPN play some more ****ing Yankees and Red Sox games please? I don't think they have missed a series yet. Why not throw every team that isn't the Red Sox and Yankees in a league and just play those two teams? Get ****ing real!!!

i agree. ESPN is excellent. They do almost everything right. they combine fun with information, expert opinion with interesting banter. they're a great network who i hope to work for some day. i agree with brown, that was the biggest story of the day. what else should they have talked about?

What ****ing story?? Holy shit Dan, the new schedule is out!! I can't wait to see what my team does........six ****ing months from now!!! NFL is the biggest sport here in America but not everything about it is worth this much. Overboard and ridiculous. Where's NBA talk? Baseball? Hockey playoffs? Carmelo arrested? Guys declaring for the NBA draft? Tons of sports talk that actually matters in present time. Games being played six months from now doesn't mean shit!! It gay and retarded. I want to meet these people that actually watched it. Jim Rome hardly mentioned it because he is actually smart and gets it.

All that stuff is old news. Broadcasting news is all about what's breaking, what's new. All that stuff you mentioned was already analyzed and talked about. They were just getting the new stuff. Take it from the two kids in the news broadcasting school. It's all about what's new and breaking. That's the NFL schedule

Now I'm laughing my ass off!! This is breaking news? A schedule of games to be played in six months? Holy shit, Jan 31st in New year's Day this year! I can understand bringing it up but to spend an entire day on it? Are you ****ign kidding me? Did you even read what I wrote originally? They spent hours on this. By the time an hour is spent on this, that is already too much time. All that stuff I mentioned was not old news. Carmelo came out today. NBA spots are still to be determined and in the next week and not six ****ing months from now. Tiger Woods had knee surgery today. Baseball is happening right now and so is hockey. You know, real NEWS stories. A schedule is not a news story and hate living in a world that thinks so. But of course you guys are fine with it since they show every Yankee game. Why is there even a Yes network?? I weep for the future if you think this is news!!

I will watch Baseball tonight and already in the process of getting satellite radio so I will never have to listen to the same stupid, repetitive, irrelevant shit again. And the parts of Sportscenter with no dumb ****ing mock drafts will be watched too. There is more to sports than NFL news, especially when they aren't ****ing playing!! Schedules are not news. Calenders aren't either.

i can understand talking about the draft, but not really the schedule. Theres no reason to go indepth on it right now. I love the NFL as much as the next person but the schedule just isnt newsworthy.

There are certain parts of it that are. Maybe it's not to your liking, but there's only so much that could be said about Carmelo, especially before definitive information came out. Take it from brownie and giantsfan, they're in the best broadcasting school in the nation for 8 years running. They would know.
