The S3F all-underrated team: First Basemen

Every baseball fan has their opinion on underrated players. A lot of the times, underrated gets thrown around by fans who think a player on their team is underrated due to a lack of positive attention on ESPN or by other fans. Sometimes, the label is warranted as certain players do not get attention for fabulous seasons (say, Jhonny Peralta in 2005), and sometimes it is simply pure bias in the sense that the player simply is not good or the attention is there (say, Garret Anderson in every even-numbered year).

I'll make a series of these topics as the year closes down to forum the S3F all-underrated team. I'll give a few days for each poll to be answered. I'll give a few suggestions based purely off of 2005 statistics, but they are not your only choices and the 2005 stats do not have to be your criteria. It could be anything from career stats to pure bias. I'll supply a link to the poll at the bottom.
