Tomko pitched another good game and the offense let him down again. Ten men were left on base and it is getting to be a real concern. When is this team gonna hit as a team? When you get leadoff men aboard, you have to move him over. It seem that the Giants have no concept for small ball. We don't move runners and we don't get the easy runs home. Feliz struckout on a ball over hishead with runners at the corners and two outs. You have to do better than this. Niekro is the only good thing I saw today besides Tomko's pitching. Durham has raised his average to .271 which is good news. Cruz went 3-4 giving Vizquel the day off. Hopefully getting Oakland at home is the answer to all of our problems.
