The Giants snapped a 4 game losing streak and stopped the Nationals from a sweep on Sunday. Rueter how a good solid outing but the big story was the bullpen. The bullpen got out of some jams and did a brilliant job. Now the question is, what now? Our bullpen has been over worked the past week and aren't scheduled a day off til next Monday. The Giants need to send someone down to the minors and bring someone up to freshen up the bullpen. Or we can hope Tomko throws a complete game shutout tomorrow against the Pirates. Also, there is no scheduled pitcher for Tuesday. So if we do send someone down, it will be for Tuesday's starter and not bullpen help. Vizquel was 3-6 with 3 RBI including the game winning hit.
