Bonds had his third surgery

Bonds once again had to have surgery on his knee to clean up an infection and to drain more fluid from the knee. Barry will be on antibiotics for two weeks to get rid of the infection. Bonds will have to put his rehab on hold til they know the infection is gone for good. Bonds is expected to miss two more months. Getting Bonds back in late July would still be a great thing. I don't think anybody in this division is gonna run away with anything. It doesn't take Bonds long to get hot. When this guy is in the lineup, it makes everyone a lot better.

On Jim Rome Burning today, he said that it was convenient that Bonds is staying out of the spotlight while guys are testing positive for steroids. Jim Rome is a ****ing idiot. He clearly doesn't understand that Bonds gets tested just like everyone else. Bonds would like nothing more than to be out there crushing balls in the Cove. Why do these weakass conspiracy theorists think Bonds is dodging the steroid issue by having knee surgeries. Rome needs to think a little harder when he comes up with this crap.
