    Cubs 6, Pirates 4 (15)
Just when you thought the Cubs and Pirates were exhausted from last nights 12 innings affair. They provided a sizzling 15 inning marathon. Felix Pie's 2 run single in the 15th inning proved to be enough as the Cubs win 6-4 in the 15th. Jason Bay hit a solo homer in the bottom of the 9th off of Kerry Wood to tie the game at 2. In the 14th inning, Aramis Ramirez hit a two-run homer in the top of the inning. Only to have Adam Laroche hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the 14th to force the deciding 15th.
