      Pitching Matchups Wednesday: Oliver Perez(0-2, 9.60) v. Paul Wilson(0-1, 6.35) Thursday: Kip Wells(0-3, 7.23) v. Eric Milton(2-1, 4.86) Should be an intresting series. Hopefully, Olly can pitch to his ability and give us the split. Can't say I'm too excited though. Go Bucs. Good luck you guys. I have to admit that I fear Perez when he faces the Reds. He is a Red killer and hopefully we can get something going against him. But then, he could finally get things going this season against his favorite team to face. Should be interesting.

Pirates 4
Reds 2 Jason Bay went 3-4 with a homer and...*gulp* Kip Wells allowed 2 earned over 5 innings to get the win. The bullpen was lights out, allowing 0 runs in 4 innings. Holds for Meadows, Grabow and Gonzalez. Mesa got his 5th save. Not a great game from Kip, but a win is a win... New series tomorrow.
