I don't think the roster is 100% correct yet as it has Herrera listed as an OF and he's out for the year. A's play the Rivercats tonight at 6:35 PM in an exhibition game.

Sacramento lost 6 - 4 last night thanks to former Rivercat Jack Cust's 2 run homer. They wasted Chad Gaudin 5 inning shutout performance. Matt Watson homered for the Rivercats.

Rivercats lost again last night 11 - 6. Juan Dominguez got spanked in his Rivercats debut.
Scott McClain hit 2 homers, Watson homered, and Brown homered in the loss. |

Rivercats got their 1st win last night against the Beavers 13 - 2. Watson hit a grand slam and has hit a homer in each of the 1st 3 games so far this season.

Rivercats lost last night 11 - 4 with Dan Meyer getting roughed up. 6 earned in 3 1/3 innings. SS Mike Rouse homered for the Rivercats and Watson's homer streak came to an end.

The Rivercats beat Tacoma last night 8 - 4. Jeremy Brown went deep. Daric Barton tripled. Ron Flores got the win.

He had a good spring, but he definitely needs to have a solid year at AAA if he has any idea of taking the 5 spot if/when Zito leaves.

The Rivercats won 8 - 3 last night to get to .500. John Baker went 2 - 4 with a a homer, single, and 4 RBIs. Chad Gaudin got the win and raised his ERA to 0.82.
