    well, looks like the A's are going to end up losing 3 of 4 for this home/home series...4 - 0 in the 9th today. Harden only went 5 due to a relatively high pitch count. He was only at 86, but I guess they want to take it easy early in the season. He lowered his ERA to 0.82 anyway.

The one positive for Harden is he struck out 6 in those 5 innings.

Not to sound negative but I really hope this team can hit this year and the last couple days have been bad. If we don't hit we don't win.

Well we were able to get guys on base, we just weren't able to bring them home. We couldn't get that big hit to score the runs. That's what our problem is.
