Fremont A's?

I'm interested to see what these "new technological" advances / offerings will be. I also hope I get a chance to get out there to see it. My dad and I went to Oakland in the summer of 2003 and that was the only time I have been out west. The new stadium should put us in a better position, but I don't think we'll be the Angels, Red Sox, or Yankees any time soon.

oh no, I liked it...we went to Oakland and San Francisco in August. The weather was perfect for me at 70 - 80 degrees, no clouds, no humidity during the day and then 50 - 60 degrees at night. I loved it and there's so much to do in SF.

Yeah, the Bay Area is awesome, I love it here... haven't been able to tear myself away after moving here in 2002 (tried twice, came back twice). But I did live in Oakland for about a year... not friendly and not aesthetically pleasing.

(But it was a character-building experience! )
