Lieppman said that Class A Kane County third baseman Jeff Baisley was named Midwest League Player of the Year and made the league's All-Star team. Baisley is hitting .308 with 21 homers and 102 RBIs, and Lieppman called the right-handed slugger a "complete player."

I guess he'd be at Stockton next year, but hopefully he could find his way to AA at some point and prove himself even more.
