Fiction. He's not going to give you power and now that he's hitting under .250, it's not a good sign. Greg Zaun right now is even better offensively.
Fact or Fiction- Eric Chavez is overrated. (Sure, he gets gold gloves, smacks over 30 homeruns... but he's far from clutch and just doesn't seem to be able to carry the team like Giambi and then Tejada once did). |

It has to be fiction because when new ownership took over, Beane became a part owner...
