when isn't he running slow and awkwardly? And Chavez is having some issues with that hamstring and his lower back that have been slowing...he's actually played through a lot of nagging little injuries that probably would have shelved other guys.

yea...and he had and still has I guess the shoulder issue, but it doesn't seem to be as bad this year...

also, there was some unofficial "report" on baseball prospectus that Harden would need TJ surgery...the A's vehemently denied the report...who knows...if he can't come back at all this year, then I don't think we'd go far in the playoffs.

Well I'll worry about the playoffs if and when we get there but it is a scary thought without Harden. 7-1 A's so I think you're safe to catch some sleep.
