ESPN - Report: Hank wants Yanks to play more like Rays - MLB

Hank Steinbrenner, in a manner similar to that of his father George, has released a statement about the struggles of his team. Hank, however, said something much more interesting that George ever had. Hank wants his team to "play more like the way the Rays are playing". Hank is telling the YANKEES to play more like the Tampa Bay RAYS.

However, more to the point, I think he's right. I think the team is looking at the injuries as some sort of excuse. They need to start playing like they can, even without the injured players, or else Hank may make changes. And I'm sure the changes won't be something that the players will be happy about.

Hank just annoys me. He can't go a week without saying something meaningless to the media. Wow, he wants the Yankees to win. Shocker.

Whatever the Rays are doing is "working" and there in first place in the ALE right now and whatever the Yankees are doing ain't working right now, thats why there a .5 game out of last place in the division.
