Oh God, more Manny-to-the-Mets rumors. Lemme guess the projected trade:
Mets get: Manny Ramirez Entrance to the Green Monster Some random Dominican guy from AA Johnny Damon's World Series Game 2 Wig Red Sox get: Carlos Beltran Cliff Floyd Doug Meintienaitnetosnfse Aaron Heilman Yusmero Petit Player to be named later (aka Braden Looper) Omar Minaya then rejoices because he gets 2 Dominican dandies in exchange for only 1 (Carlos Beltran). Boston sticks Floyd in LF, Beltran plays RF during Nixon's absence and then DHs, Doug M disappears, Heilman becomes the setup man, Petit demands a trade to the Yankees to join Hideo Nomo, and Braden Looper is designated for assignment, then picked up by the Yankees as their 5th starter.
