Like I said, I did listen, and like I'm about to say...as a good manager, you should also know when a conversation with someone you have a supposed "good relationship" with is on and off the record. Works both ways buddy. Either way Randolph is a moron for saying it.

I half-agree. He shouldn't have said it. Doesn't make him a moron. Makes him prone to mistakes, which everyone is. In a position of power, as he is, he has more eyes on him, but I don't think this is an issue. At all.
