    Mets Sign German Catcher

    New York Mets sign Catcher Kai Gronauer - Europeans in the USA - Mister Baseball

    The mets have signed "The best German baseball player right now". He is a catcher who impressed many during Olympic Qualifying, and is said to be one of the top 5 international catchers. Both the Twins and Pirates had interest in Gronauer in spring training, however, he decided to delay his move to America. Hopefully he can be pretty good. They say he could make it to the majors by the end of the season, which would be extremely impressive.
