    According to Dick Bremer and Bert Blyleven, the Twins signed Bobby to a minor league contract today. With only 37 players on the 40-man roster, if he plays well enough, he could be placed on the roster to be called up in September.
Good news for the team. He has post-season experience and he could be added to the post-season roster if the team makes it. |

Especially with the news about Cuddy being out for a month...maybe more. Kielty is a strong, switch hitting outfielder.
