Perkins settles down to retire 3 in a row. He still has decent stuff, but his pitches have been too predictible. The Twins need to think about moving him to the pen, Bass to someone else, and Liriano to the rotation.
Perkins projects as a middle reliever, spot starter. He doesn't have the stuff to be a top-of-the-rotation starter.
