    Twins VS Boston Series:
Pitching Matchups Mon, Jul 7 7:05 pm EDT S. Baker vs. D. Matsuzaka Tue, Jul 8 7:05 pm EDT N. Blackburn vs. J. Lester Wed, Jul 9 1:05 pm EDT L. Hernández vs. J. Beckett This will be a tough series for us, Nothing like facing three top pitchers in the game. I do believe that if the hitting continues to perform up what they have done of late we have a good chance to win a game or two in Boston. My only issues would be facing Dice K. Here is hoping for a great series and a Twins win!!

The Twins will find out how good they are in this series. They have been playing pretty well recently, but not against teams of the Sox' calibre.
Baker and Blackburn have been pitching well, but I'm concerned about Livan Hernandez. He worries me everytime he takes the mound for the Twins. |

Yeah Catman I agree. If Livan could not give up the one big inning he seems to always give up, he would be a lesser concern. Dice K is what I am worried about.

This is the most challenging series so far, I think, outside the White Sox. It is going to be a very hot one, I bet.

Game is on ESPN tonight. Hope we put forward a good showing and win the game. Mauer and Morneau need to have a big series. Baker needs to be on his A game tonight.
