I have to say Kevin Slowely impresses me the most out of the Twins young starting pitching that is currently in the rotation. Although his record isn't as good as the other young pitchers he has the lowest ERA and he has only walked 9 batters in over 70 innings pitched.

I agree with you, Bon Bon, on Slowey.

I think Slowey has been pitching great despite his record (I think more of the offense can't give him enough run support like with Santana last year). He certainly proved that he can still pitching with control after his bicep injury this past April. He can control his pitches, hence he has the best K to BB ratio (not counting Nathan) of 6. Baker is next with 4.75. He also averages 1.11 walks per 9. If he is able to execute the perfect pitch, then he'd be hard to get a hit from.

I wish I could vote more than once. Slowey, and Blackburn. Baker we knew from last year was going to be good...the reason we haven't seen much of him is just because he was hurt for a while.

The reason I wasn't putting multiple choices because there is only a small sample of choices. Only 4 pitchers. If I was putting 10, maybe 15 choices then the poll should be allowing multiple choices. Sorry.

It's cool. But yeah, my votes are for Slowey and Blackburn.

I voted for Blackburn because of the way he has come back after being nailed by Abreau's liner. That would destroy a lot of people's confidence.
Slowey has done a nice job, as I hoped he would.
