    The Brewers and aquired Ray Durham from the Giants...WHAT PURPOSE IS DURHAM GONNA SERVE TO US! we're 12 games above 500. why do we need to go change things up!

Plus he is an experienced veteran that bats left-handed and has post-season experience as well. I must admit, I had mixed feelings at first, but now I kinda like this move. The Brewers dont have much off the bench right now other than Kapler. I like this pickup.

Looks like they are about to sign Jay Gibbons too.

Gibbons is going to be assigned to AA-Huntsville for 10-14 days. The Brewers will put (OF)-Brantley on the DL to make room for Gibbons. After that, he will probably be promted to AAA-Nashville.
