    He's one of those make-ya-feel-good stories too. This one was kind of a no-branier IMO. Well deserved.

Yeah a lot easier than the NL Cy Young vote. Halladay had a great year too but Lee did it while his teammates were dropping like flies. Congrats to Cliff Lee for having the best year ever for a 5th starter!!

I would definatly be Carmona if it isn't Lee again but is an Indian.
And as for trading a pitcher to a NL team looking to make a run, the only reason Sabathia was traded is because he was going to be a free agent after the season and the Indians would have rather gotten something for him before he left since they weren't going to the playoffs rather than let him leave and the Indians have nothing in return. |
