Barry Zito's quest for 20 losses. -

    Will Barry Zito lose 20 games? His won-loss record is currently 8-16 after tonight's game, and dude has an ERA of 5.62. Looking at the schedule, you figure that he will get 6 more starts this season, assuming of course that the Giants don't skip him in the rotation or bench him.

I said he falls just short.
 2008 Giants > Padres  Pathetic Stat of the Year- Matt Cain has a 3.74 career ERA, but has won just 30 of his 104 starts. |

He is the biggest bust, this doesn;t change that.

Zito was supposed to lose his 17th game tonight but the Padres are excellent at being awful. It doesn't look like the 20 losses are going to happen. Shit.
