Alex Gordon hit his 34th double on Wednesday, setting a Royals rookie record.
Kevin Seitzer and Mark Quinn had shared the Royals record for doubles by a rookie.
Congrats to Gordon! He had such a slow start but seems to have figured things out at the ML level.

Pathetic Stat of the Year- Matt Cain has a 3.70 career ERA, but has won just 29 of his 95 starts.

Yep. He pushed himself at the beginning of the year, but he has been hitting well as of late. I hope he keeps that up for the next couple of weeks then tear it up next season.
