And on his 10th start of the season, Shawn Chacon has a decision (beating the cubs yesterday). I heard this briefly on SportsCenter this morning and thought maybe I had the stat incorrectly. I suppose not.

The man, the myth, the statistical anomally that is Shawn Chacon adds yet another notch under his belt. Remember he's the allstar that saved 35 games for the rockies, despite a 7 plus ERA. He's a man who goes 1-7 with a solid ERA with the very same team before being dealt to New York and becoming ace-like for half a season. And the same man who was dealt the next season after posting again, a 7 plus ERA. In 2007, he returned with a decent year out of the pen for the pirates.

Now, 2008, the very same man who wears his hat slightly to the side, only just now picked up something on his record. Now, after 10 starts (7 of which have been quality outings no less), he is 1-0.
