Some stuff i'd like to say abotu it to make it better.
Find a diffrent color for the border, and make it less thick. Touch up the cutting on pacmans shoulders and in his mask. The text is very iffy too. The backroudn is pretty nice however. |

I like the thick border. Might want to add a outer white glow or something on the player, otherwise very nice.

Too much text IMO. The bg looks nice from what I can see so show it off more and not all the text. Ask yourself what text is needed. Just my two cents.
