A file edit that went unnoticed as we haven't changed the groups for a long time but became a problem once we added new groups.

So it was the supporter usergroup?

Not per se, it was any new usergroup, so that and the partner group. It looked right on our end, but there was a file change that was hardcoded that I needed to do.
