    I don't know if you guys have noticed but Nolasco is turning in one hell of a season. This is only his second year as a big leaguer and is sporting a 13-7 record with a 3.62 ERA. He also has 147 strikeouts in 170 IP!!! His WHIP is a respectable 1.13 and batters are only hitting .240 against him. I saw him last week throwing against the Giants and he looked very sharp and really opened my eyes to his ability. Nolasco is doing his best to help this Marlins team get back to the playoffs for the first time since they won it all in '03. Just thought I would give some love to someone who deserves it and isn't getting it.
 2008 Giants > Padres  Pathetic Stat of the Year- Matt Cain has a 3.74 career ERA, but has won just 30 of his 104 starts. |

That one season of Juan Pierre was well worth giving up Ricky Nolasco.

Ricky Nolasco is my fantasy savior, he's been putting up those great numbers for me all year and is looking like a young stud in the making
