    Amazing stat that I just heard for him this month of May. He just hit his 12 homerun of the month. Great job for Uggla.

Uggla is having a monster season. It's no secret why the Marlins offense is doing so well and it revolves around Hanley Ramirez and Uggla. Uggla had a rough year average-wise last year but has bounced back to the tune of .310/.391/.670...that's a SIX SEVENTY!!! slugging percentage. Oh by the way he has 16 home runs. This guy deserves to be right there with Utley for the starting 2B in the NL ASG

HE really is a good power type second baseman, but I think he Ks too much to keep his average this high. I think it will dip down a bit but he should be able to keep up close to this pace.

Andrew Miller pitches very well the day after Willis is sent to A ball. Insult to injury.
