    Everyone on the 40 man roster/prominent names from the Coaching staff and management is awarded 10 points. You then respond with a + to your favorite player on the list and a - to your least favorite, adjusting the scores as neccesary.
This keeps going until all but one person is eliminated or the end of the season, whichever comes first. (when the score reaches zero, he's gone) For the sake of allowing the game to continue for awhile, and not being able to quickly eliminate someone when no one else is on, only vote once per hour. in the event of trades i'll adjust the roster as neccesary, with the newcomer getting the default 10 points and the departee being automatcially eliminated. I edited the first post in each forum I posted this in...if (more likely when) the season ends and the game's still going the game ends and the guy with the highest ranking is the winner of the game.
