The Indians starters now have a 43 1/3 inning scoreless streak thanks to a complete game shutout from C.C. Sabathia. Over the Tribe starters' last 48 innings of work, they've allowed just one run. The record as of now is 47 innings of work according to the Elias Sports Bureau. Awesome!

wow, that's quite a turnaround from CC's start to the season. congrats to them. Cliff Lee has a lot to do with this streak.

It's a good thing that our starters are keeping the other teams from scoring, because we sure aint scoring much.

That streak ended today, although that first run wasn't even earned. But props to the rotation. That's quite a feat.

yea, a lot of those innings happened against our A's there...that was a very impressive streak regardless. A lot of guys have to be on their game at the same time for something like that to happen since it's more of a team accomplishment that an individual one. Unfortunately, they haven't been fairing as well lately losing 8 of their last 10 to be 5 games below .500 now.
