It looks like Indians catcher Victor Martinez will be back in the Indians lineup and back behind the plate in tonight's game. That should put some fire back into the Indians offense.

Game 2 is in 10 minutes with Jake Wesbrook on the mound for the Indians.

I'll be happy if we can win these next two games against the Angels and savage this road trip with a 3-3 record. That'll put is at 5-4 with a day off on Thursday before starting a three-game series in Cleveland against the Athletics.

As long as Blowupowski isn't on the mound in the 9th inning with a save opportunity, I feel we can bring this in as a win. Unfortunatly I will not know the final score of the game until morning, since I will fall asleep somehwere between 11:00 and 12:00 due to the fact I must be at work at 6:00 AM tomorrow. I hate west coast trips.

Well, Paul Byrd proved it wasn't chilly weather in Oakland, he successfully sucked today too.

The only positive I can take from this game is our offense is heating up. We're starting to hit and that's a good sign for the future.
