Schilling Out For Year

The only recogntion I have for Schilling is when he helped the Sox win in '04. I believe they could have won without him in '07, and are in fact a better team without him in '08 How will he survive not being the center of attention. He'll probably find a way to be in the spotlight, but I hope to never hear from him again. That includes HOF induction, he shouldn't make it, he's close but not quite. He'll probably get in though cause the media liked the jerk.

I haven't had any sutures break. So I don't know. But the story that I heard was that it shifted slightly. I don't know what that really means or how it's possible. But I don't buy that he would have surgery, and then still have to fake the bloody sock. Pitching that soon after surgery was pretty nuts in itself.
