I haven't had any sutures break. So I don't know. But the story that I heard was that it shifted slightly. I don't know what that really means or how it's possible. But I don't buy that he would have surgery, and then still have to fake the bloody sock. Pitching that soon after surgery was pretty nuts in itself.
