Todd Williams (calf) still hasn't been cleared to throw off of a mound.
Williams has a minor strain in his right calf. He is likely to start the season on the DL, but could be ready for the second week of the season. The sidearmer has some fantasy value coming out of the bullpen for the Orioles. He should once again earn a few wins while throwing middle relief.

After two good seasons, and after losing their two best relievers (possibly), they need someone behind Ray to hold down the 8th inning. Williams could be that man.
