Doesn't seem too big of an injury, but can't say anything for sure until word from the team.

BALTIMORE -- Orioles right-hander Sidney Ponson might have ensured he isn't going anywhere after he injured his right hand Thursday trying to stop a grounder from Texas' Sandy Alomar in the top of the third inning.
Ponson retired seven of the first eight batters faced before Alomar's groudner back to the box. As soon as he touched the ball, Ponson began shaking his hand and immediately was removed from the game and replaced by Tim Byrdak. Ponson is on the trade block and the Orioles have had discussions about sending him to the Texas Rangers.
The Orioles had worked out a trade that would sent Ponson to the San Diego Padres for first baseman Phil Nevin, but Nevin exercised his no-trade clause and nixed the deal. Ponson entered the start with five consecutive losses and is 18-24 since signing a three-year, $22.5 million contract.
