Mark Kotsay went 5-for-5 and hit for the cycle in a loss to the Cubs on Thursday night.
Kotsay went triple, homer, single, double, single for the second cycle in Atlanta history. He improves his seasonal hitting line to .300/.346/.433.
Congrats to Kotsay. Wonder where he will be next year?

Impressive night for a guy who, I'll admit, I thought was over the hill. He had been a mediocre outfielder for a few years. Who'd have thunk that he'd get only the 2nd cycle in franchise history?

I do a little but he just wasn't producing as he should be and he still isn't as far as I know of. Infact I believe he even losted his CF job with LAD.

Jones is in the minors right now playing first base. He has a bad knee and the Braves should be happy as punch they did re-sign Jones.
